1. "Card-Swiped Rate" of 1.72% will be charged on qualified swiped Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that are electronically authorized. Card-swiped rate requires the card reader for QuickBooks for PC service, which is available separately for $89.95.

2. "Key-Entered Rate" of 2.44% will be charged on all qualified manually keyed Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that have AVS. All Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MC/Discover Network requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a "Non-Qualified Rate" of 3.39%. Different discount rates for American Express and JCB may apply.

3. Funds will generally be deposited into your account within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution and your Demand Deposit Account. Clearance time for funds may vary depending on your Demand Deposit Account.
